1、 Number of trainees: This training session consists of 3 sessions, with no more than 40 people per session and a total of 120 people trained.
2、 Training target: Young groups such as college graduates who have left school but have not yet found employment, 2024 college graduates, registered unemployed youth, and retired soldiers (priority given to 2024 unemployed graduates from poverty-stricken families, relocated families, low-income families, disabled individuals, and long-term unemployed youth who have been unemployed for more than 12 months).
3、 Training location: Liangdu Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Training Base (Nanyue Home Economics Comprehensive Training Base), Building 2, Kangjia Mawo Liangdu Health Garden, Dewu Street, Zhongshan District, Liupanshui City, providing free accommodation and meals.
4、 Training time: The training lasts for 7 days and is scheduled for early July (specific time to be notified separately)
5、 Training content:
1. Practical training content: courses on self-awareness, career positioning, resume creation, interview skills, and simulated interviews.
2. Training objective: Through systematic training, stimulate the employment awareness of young employment groups such as college graduates who have left school but have not yet found employment, clarify employment goals, formulate job search plans, carry out employment practices, enhance employment skills, and ultimately achieve employment.
3. Characteristics of practical training: ① Focusing on centralized interactive teaching, practical training, and employment practice, with vocational ability enhancement as the guide and employment ability cultivation as the core, linking job seeking ability training with public employment services;
② Trainees can receive guidance on job seeking skills from practical trainers, guiding job seekers to improve the quality of their resumes and interview skills;
③ Senior human resources experts with years of management experience and executives from different industries share workplace communication skills and essential employment skills, helping graduates make job choices and facilitating their smooth entry into the workforce;
④ Invite key enterprise HR and training instructors to form an expert interview team, conduct on-site simulated interviews and "practical exercises" for the trainees, and provide professional feedback, allowing you to experience the workplace situation firsthand.
4. Enterprise Double Selection Meeting: Each class selects no less than 15 enterprises for job seeking double selection meetings based on the registration status of students.
5. Follow up services: Upon passing the practical training, a graduation certificate will be issued. Priority will be given to one-on-one employment recommendations, and employment and entrepreneurship policy guidance will be provided to achieve stable employment and entrepreneurship as soon as possible.
6、 Registration method
1. Offline registration: Registration will be conducted at the 501 office on the 5th floor of Liupanshui Qiantu Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. (formerly Liupanshui City Urban Management Bureau, No. 620 Liangdu Avenue, Liupanshui City). When registering, it is necessary to bring your ID card, graduation certificate (for those who have not obtained a graduation certificate in the graduation year, a student ID card must be provided), and 2 passport sized photos to fill out the "Student Information Registration Form" on site.
2. Online registration: Fill out the "Student Information Registration Form", electronic photo of ID card, one inch passport free electronic photo, and send them to the email address:
