2、 Basic information
Opening time: Kanglun Medical Care Center officially opened in April 2024 and has been registered with the civil affairs department.
Check in situation: There have been a total of 52 elderly residents, with 33 currently residing, including 9 elderly people with dementia, 7 elderly people with disabilities, 12 elderly people with semi disabilities, and 5 elderly people who take care of themselves.
Personnel configuration: There are currently 36 staff members, including a team of 8 doctors (including 2 deputy chief physicians, 1 attending physician, 1 physician, 1 physician, 1 chief pharmacist, 1 laboratory technician, 1 radiology technician, 1 rehabilitation therapist, and 1 functional physician), a team of 12 nurses (including 1 deputy chief nurse, 6 chief nurses, 3 nurses, and 3 nurses), and 14 nurses (including 10 holding nursing staff certificates).
3、 Facilities and Environment
Bed configuration: Kanglun Medical Care Center has a total of 76 beds, including 56 for elderly care and 20 for medical care, fully meeting the living and medical needs of different elderly people. The room is fully equipped with medical and rehabilitation facilities. Kanglun Medical Care Center is equipped with over a hundred sets of professional equipment, including B-ultrasound, electrocardiogram, DR machine, and various testing devices, providing comprehensive and accurate medical examination and diagnosis services for the elderly. At the same time, there are professional rehabilitation therapy centers equipped with complete rehabilitation therapy equipment, providing personalized rehabilitation plans and professional guidance for elderly people in need of rehabilitation.
Aging friendly design: The bathroom adopts an aging friendly design, which is convenient for the elderly to use. At the same time, cable TV is uniformly installed in the room, providing supporting facilities such as hot water and direct drinking water to meet the daily needs of the elderly.
Functional areas: The medical and elderly care center is equipped with medical workstations, emergency rooms, Western medicine pharmacies, traditional Chinese medicine rooms, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation rooms, modern rehabilitation centers, entertainment activity rooms, cultural libraries, etc., providing comprehensive medical, rehabilitation, and cultural entertainment services for the elderly. In addition, elderly fitness equipment has been installed to enrich the spiritual life of the elderly.
4、 Service and Management
Smile Action: The staff of Kanglun Medical and Nursing Center implement the hospital wide smile action, providing 24/7 services to the elderly with sincere and enthusiastic service attitude.
Standardized management: Based on the physical characteristics and living needs of the elderly, combined with modern management concepts, develop standardized management systems and operational norms. Conduct business training every month to ensure the standardization of service for each staff member.
Health management: Implement medical rounds, inspections, and management systems, develop comprehensive health management records for each elderly person, and provide personalized medical and rehabilitation services.
Dietary services: Based on the physical condition, personal preferences, and nutritional needs of the elderly, develop weekly menus to ensure that meals are not duplicated and each meal is reasonable throughout the week. At the same time, it can also provide liquid food services for elderly people with gastric tubes.
In terms of medical and elderly care service system, we have established a standardized medical and elderly care service system with "medical care as the guarantee, rehabilitation as the support, and comprehensive adjustment while treating", covering diversified services such as chronic disease adjustment, medical nursing, and elderly care during travel.
